4v4 Information: If you are signing up as a team, EACH PLAYER must sign up individually. On the registration page you will click, Team, and then under Team NAME, write down your team.  Teams must have a minimum of 6 players, and ideally each team should have their own goalie. If you are signing up as an individual, please select individual, and then you may request others you would like to play with. If you do not request anyone, we will place you on a team.

Pick-up: On the registration page, you may request others you would like to play with. Your team will be announced at pick-up.

Refund Policy: No refunds will be given unless there is a medical reason documented by a physician’s signature.
